1. Kabul

SBG;Smart Budget Guide ("Uygulama") uygulamasını indirerek ve kullanarak, bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız, lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.

2. Uygulama Açıklaması

SBG, kişisel finans yönetimi uygulamasıdır. Gelir-gider takibi, yatırım portföyü yönetimi, borç takibi, bütçe analizi ve yapay zeka destekli finansal asistan gibi özellikler sunar.

3. Abonelik Koşulları

SBG Premium, otomatik yenilenen abonelik planları sunar:

Aylık Premium: Aylık olarak yenilenir. Mevcut fiyat uygulama içinde gösterilir.
Yıllık Premium: Yıllık olarak yenilenir. Mevcut fiyat uygulama içinde gösterilir.

Ödeme: Satın alma onaylandığında ödeme Apple ID hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.

Otomatik Yenileme: Abonelik, mevcut dönemin sonundan en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir.

Yenileme Ücreti: Yenileme ücreti, dönem sonundan 24 saat içinde hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.

Yönetim ve İptal: Aboneliğinizi satın aldıktan sonra Ayarlar > Apple Kimliği > Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.

Ücretsiz Deneme: Ücretsiz deneme süresi sunuluyorsa, kullanılmayan kısım abonelik satın alındığında geçerliliğini yitirir.

4. Kullanım Kuralları

Uygulamayı yalnızca kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanabilirsiniz.
Uygulamayı kopyalama, değiştirme, dağıtma veya tersine mühendislik yapma hakkınız yoktur.
Uygulamayı yasadışı amaçlarla kullanamazsınız.

5. Sorumluluk Reddi

SBG yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlı bir kişisel finans takip aracıdır. Profesyonel finansal tavsiye sağlamaz. Yatırım ve finansal kararlarınızdan tamamen siz sorumlusunuz.

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Verilerin doğruluğu, eksiksizliği veya güncelliği garanti edilmez.

6. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama ve içeriğinin tüm fikri mülkiyet hakları SBG'ye aittir.

7. Değişiklikler

Bu Kullanım Koşulları zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Değişiklikler uygulandığında bu sayfada yayınlanacaktır.

8. Apple Standart EULA

Bu koşullar, Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA)'nı tamamlayıcı niteliktedir.

By downloading and using SBG;Smart Budget Guide ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. App Description

SBG is a personal finance management application. It offers features such as income/expense tracking, investment portfolio management, debt tracking, budget analysis, and AI-powered financial assistant.

3. Subscription Terms

SBG Premium offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

Monthly Premium: Renews monthly. Current price is displayed in the app.
Yearly Premium: Renews yearly. Current price is displayed in the app.

Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Renewal Fee: Renewal fee is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Management & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription after purchase in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

4. Usage Rules

You may use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
You may not use the app for illegal purposes.

5. Disclaimer

SBG is a personal finance tracking tool for informational purposes only. It does not provide professional financial advice. You are solely responsible for your investment and financial decisions.

The app is provided "as is." Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data is not guaranteed.
